"Alles ist OK" is an exhibition that brings together the visions of four young artists exploring the eye and its many functions. The show is built around questions of observation, gaze, vision, reflection, and surveillance.
Among other things, the exhibition investigates the boundary between observer and observed, between reflection and reflective surface. Which eye looks at which, at the moment when both meet? What becomes visible from a distance and what disappears up close?
In the poetic works presented, the narrative leans toward light humor, melancholy, and a sense of underlying violence.
The viewer inevitably becomes a participant in this process of surveillance, observation, and reflection. It is no longer clear who is watching whom, because the process is reciprocal. Here, the boundary dissolves — and upon leaving the exhibition, the viewer realizes that the artworks continue to watch them, and vice versa.
